Helix Education’s Compliance Monitoring Solution Helps Schools Maintain Violation Rates Below One Percent Proactive Approach Mitigates Regulatory Risk

Helix Education, a world class provider of student life cycle technologies and services, has released its latest compliance monitoring metrics, reporting that all of its CPL clients have maintained a violation rate of less than one percent. Helix Education’s CPL media management facilitates strict, ongoing audits of websites and call centers, helping institutions minimize violations and ensure their interactive media mix is of the highest quality and meets compliance standards.

“We work diligently to protect our CPL clients from regulatory risk, providing increased visibility into the online lead generation process to track any potential violations, and if they do occur, to identify and resolve them quickly and completely,” said Brittany Smith, VP of Media at Helix Education. “We are seeing some tremendous results across the board. According to our most recent data, our compliance team has resolved 93 percent of all identified violations.”

Since July, Helix Education has expanded its monitored online search terms by 75 percent. The company has reviewed roughly 7,500 vendor web pages, flagging nearly 18,000 terms for review based on the most up-to-date marketing guidelines.

Additionally, Helix Education works hard to ensure that all call center vendors are uploading their calls for evaluation. While a significant number of call center vendors have made a conscious effort to ensure ethical standards, Helix Education continues to catch egregious violations and continues to put additional emphasis on increased monitoring coverage of these vendors.
