How can our degree programs prepare students for jobs that don’t yet exist?

Reported by Education Dive, an estimated 50% of the technical knowledge acquired in the first-year of a four year degree will be outdated by graduation.

The takeaway? How do we better align with HR leaders to understand the evolving technical requirements their workforces need, and support our instructors in delivering on not only these, but establishing a technical framework our students can personally evolve from moving forward?
