Frito-Lay is offering college credit for apprenticeship training.

Reported by Education Dive, students who enter Frito-Lay’s apprenticeship program receive elective credits for basic engineering and maintenance skills through Central Georgia Technical College, as they learn skills that prepare them for entry-level manufacturing roles. Through this program, Frito-Lay has created pathways to successful hires as well.
