While many institutions struggle to find existing faculty excited to teach online, Unity College has created a separate distance education staff composed of instructors and technicians specifically excited about online education.
Reported by Inside Higher Ed, this approach is helping Unity project 2,000 online credit hours this upcoming year, 400 more than their goal number.
