The U.S. Department of Labor claims that the skills gap is the widest it’s been in a decade, with more than half a million positions in the technology sectors currently unfilled.
Reported by EAB, LinkedIn has released a list of the top 10 hard and soft job skills most in-demand by these companies.
The top 5 in-demand hard skills include cloud computing, artificial intelligence, analytical reasoning, people management, and UX design. The top 5 in-demand soft skills include creativity, persuasion, collaboration, adaptability and time management.
