Media Trend #4: Re-enlisting DRTV
Brand building has made a comeback in the education space, with a 30% year-over-year increase in television expenditures at the local and national level. Education Portals have shown the most significant increase in interest in national cable which will drive a surge of traffic to their sites via name recognition and stimulate direct call response. Many education portals are now in the early phase of warm call transfers from DRTV generated channels. Historical conversion numbers of DRTV leads show a much higher intent and likelihood to apply than CPL.
