Different from an instructional designer, this position is focused on ensuring the high-quality delivery of the designed course materials – making sure faculty are successfully supported and delivering best-practice online course instruction.

The takeaway? As more and more of our institutions move to online course delivery, how do we take a holistic approach to online course quality – making sure we are not only designing courses based on best online practices, but preparing our faculty to deliver on these best practices as well?
