Reported by EdSurge, a recent Gallup survey in partnership with Northeastern University showed that 73% of Americans believe employers are responsible for retraining. The problem? Most employers don’t see retraining as their responsibility, nor are they often deeply embedded in the education game.

The takeaway? How do we better partner with employers to create this retraining and re-skilling back-end for employers as our economy and technology continue to evolve?
