And the increasing worry is whether or not we have an end in sight, or will have any chance to regroup. Because higher ed’s economic challenges aren’t getting easier. Demographics aren’t in our growth favor. We have some significant product and market challenges ahead of us. And many of us feel too exhausted for the challenge ahead.

The takeaway? We need to find and make the time to recharge, or risk losing the most critical people in higher ed capable of helping lead us into the future.
