That we help them identify their skill gaps and their operational challenges, including recruitment and employee retention. And only then working collaboratively to develop an educational program that helps close those gaps.
The takeaway? A blanket 5% off to every partner isn’t probably going to sign too many new employer partnership deals. But listening closely to the needs of their workforce and their business, and designing a solution to fit, that solution can scale.
