Reported by Inside Higher Ed, Boise State’s Passport for Education program offers monthly installment plans instead of up-front fees each semester.
This subscription-based model with an annual commitment aims to make budget planning easier, as well as psychologically help students to persist and retain through the summer months, common fall-off seasons for many institutions.
